Geneva House has hosted visitors from around the world for the last 5 years. Can I visit the property to preview first?

Yes, this is a common practice if you are already in town. We can also do a FaceTime tour of the property and units by appointment. We cannot view occupied units but all apartments have similar floor-plans and amenities.

Can I take my pet?

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. An additional pet deposit will be assessed based on the type of animal and if the unit has carpet or solid surface floors.

Can you tell me more about the property?

The Geneva House has been offering furnished rentals in Metairie since 2014. The property is three blocks from the lakefront and centrally located. Because of its close proximity to the interstate, it is about 15-20 minutes from most places in the greater New Orleans metro area. Improvements were made to the property over the years including updates to the units and development into the neighboring lot. The once empty lot is now a restful green space offering a patio with seating, vegetable garden, fruit trees, fire pit and grill. Geneva House can be found on the leading rental sites and has hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied guests.

What is the biggest difference between this property and others like it?

Stewardship. The property owners live on site and provide the daily upkeep of the grounds. All tenants transact directly with the owners from introduction to departure. There is direct accountability for every guests full and complete satisfaction. Tenant needs are always addressed and every stay has a custom lease or contract that offers guests flexibility with the length of stay.
